hi all i have made a clothing item after a few weeks battling with getting it to conform properly well i mastered tht ok but nowi sent to a friend who is texturing it and iot wont accept the texture map even wen its uv mapped it still wont accept texture now imnot sure if it ther way i export from hex or import to poser wen weni have tested un tried to texture with and with out uv i have same problem to all normall are forward on cltohing does ant one have any tips on why this is happening thks paula

not accepting the texture ... if its not the right UVmap or the obj got changed a bit after being mapped the uvmap wont look right.. but i can put ANYTHING on a obj that has any uv map..
So what is the problem exact ?

I would load the obj file into UV mapper (free edition is fine ) and check the UV map . If that looks all right then you need to start looking at material groups. Or send the obj to someone for a look.

Im already helping her out off site ..
Its as it looks like its not a UVmapper error ..but a little "beginner" error
we get it right for sure ...
