Hello to everybody,
I use Poser for some years so far and always the some runtime just adding files, the result is a huge file. I need to clean up this mess, must delete old things that never used for ages, HOW?? How can find where the geometry , the texture the materials and all the a simple character or prop use to delete them. Is any utility program to help in that process??
I apreciate some help.

it depends. If you installed Daz characters, for instance, there should be uninstall utilities (if you installed them originally). But heaven forfend that should happen.
I'm sure more answers are coming.

If you install P3dO Explorer, it shows all necessary files for a CR2 and so you can find the needed folders.

As Jules53757 say you can do this manually with informations shown in P3dO InDepth Tree.
Right click a node to delete a file.
P3dO pro (not free) AwkPlugin has a more advanced tool:
You select a CR2 or directory or bunch of directories, it will collect all files belonging to the scene(s). With Awk It takes only seconds to clean (empty directories are deleted).
The only problem is to take care not to delete shared Geometires.
Awk Plugin scene manager may also be used to move Scenes to another Runtime.
