Recently I came across a free image viewer "JPegger".

It quickly downsizes / resamples an image.

This is handy to meet the files / image size restriction of the Gallery on your uploaded images.

JPegger can be downloaded from the following website.

Important Note: Make a backup copy of your image before converting or downsizing it.

There is no "undo" feature in JPegger.
