Hello

I have been trying to get a good   "Blink" animation going but they all turn out far too slow,
are there any  out there for download at all?
I have tried Google action without any luck so far.

I could maybe import into my video editor and speed up the clip but is it possible to create this in
Daz 2.3  ?

Thanks for any help or advice.

Work out how long the blink should take, then set the morph off in the first keyframe, move to the frame where it should be fully on and set it, move to the frame where it should end and set it to zero.

In addition to the advice above, an animator's best tool is a mirror and stop watch.
Look at yourself doing a blink (or whatever action you are trying to do) in the mirror, time it. Blinks usually take place in a fraction of a second. Take into account your frame rate.

PS.

Thanks yes that worked just fine.
Settled on 4 frames which gave a good result.

Where I went off the rails before was I tried to make the blink in the middle of the animation I was working on which was 300 frames long, so I could not select individual frames to get to a lower frame rate.

Using the Poser convert to pz2 script (free from Daz free downloads) can now use the script any time I feel a Blink coming on.

Thankyou both for your very helpful advice.
