So slow to load compared with P7 on Tiger - the library takes ages. And in the "properties" panel, for many figures there are no details, so I can't, for example, change the name of a character or switch off a part's visibility. I'm doing most of the work in P7 and then switching to P8 for the larger image area and rendering.
Are there going to be any more SRs for Poser 8 - or is all the work now going into Pro only?

The problem with the "missing" Properties is just a scrolling issue for me (on Tiger originally, but now also on Snow Leopard).
I hover over the Properties pane and scroll up (or occasionally scroll right) and the info slides back into view.
Some of the work going into Pro 2010 is going to be put into Poser 8 with a future SR. The much improved library, for example. EDIT: I should add that this is what I have heard from those who should know... it's not first hand information.

I'm astounded... i've never had issues with Poser 8 and snow leopard.. in fact i run Poser 7, 8 and PoserPro2010 on the same laptop and none give me issues.

I have Leopard, not Snow Leopard - my G5 isn't an Intel machine.

And another point - a file rendered on P7 (lots of characters) rendered without problem; same file on P8 stopped rendering complaining it was out of memory; there's 8Gb RAM available ...
