Can anyone help me identify this character, please? I'm almost certain I've seen something like her face, or very similar, available in the RMP, or maybe at DAZ. I have no idea where this headshot came from, so I'm sorry if I'm posting something I shouldn't. Thanks for any clues... Izi

Its the Lana Texture from daz3d. Its one of the elite textures.

MysticDaniel posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 8:10 AM

Yeah its the Lana texture check here. See the same texture.

Thanks. You're right about the texture, but I was meaning the head morph.

I don't know if jt411 is going to give up his baby!

Flamin' Nora!
Phew!
I'm going to lie down a bit now. Gravity is getting to me.

IsaoShi

 Thanks for the laugh!

I love that phrase! "Flamin' Nora" I will see if my British friends at work have heard it.

The character is indeed jt411's! Resembles the actress Megan Fox to my eyes

:O)

Yes, it's a small crop from his Wicked Shirts render, posted on March 29th... not sure how I got it. If I had viewed his gallery before today, I'm sure I would have remembered!

I'm still convinced I've seen this face somewhere else, but I'm also fairly sure it's not a real face but a 3D character. Oh well...

 Haha!

It also resembles "Emma" from a few years back- with larger upper body-of course!

Eric Walters posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 3:16 PM

I tried exporting the head as a Morph target for V4.2 but it does not seem to work. Hmmmmnnn
I will ask in the larger forum

MysticDaniel posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 3:23 PM

hey eric that morph to my eyes doesn't look the same. lol The brow angle is wrong and the cheek and jaw line too. But yes the jt411's render does look alot like megan foxx

Eric Walters posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 3:27 PM

MysticDaniel

I agree but I was thinking of it more as a starting point- rather than the end.

Eric Walters posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 4:42 PM

OK,

Closer-but not there yet. Lana face textures- some other eye and lip textures (emma?) and some dial spinning, the upper lip is still too big. But the resemblance is there- although much more work needed

I think I will keep the result anyway.

I knew it was only a matter of time before I was exposed! Yeah it's been fun fooling people into thinking that I have some actual talent, but alas I can take no credit for this character whatsoever... Here's the recipe: Head Morph: [ "Amelia" by Freja](http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=74998&vendor=294993) Skin Maps: [ Lana Elite](http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/v4-elite-texture?item=7376&_m=d) Eyes: [ "Life Like" by Rebel Mommy](http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=61531&Start=31&vendor=276283)

I can take some credit for the body, but who's lookin' at that anyway?
Now wish me a happy birthday! (4-11)
JT

Eric Walters posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 5:16 PM

Aha!

Thanks! Good job fooling us. Which hair is that?
Looking at the body? Well, for the FIRST time-ever, I have a Poser character as a screen background- one of yours. Ahem- to remind myself of a good reason to get Carrara 8,
It also nicely fits my new 23 inch monitor.
 Yeah,that's it- really!

Hrere's my homage to you Jt3411=my first pinup attempt with my own dial-mutated daz Emma face.Lana texture and the GQEvent hair (Tom Cruise?) from Daz

jt411 posted Sun, 11 April 2010 at 5:25 PM

Good job Eric! I've never had an homage before!
Yeah, Carrara is definitely the sauce! It's a breeze to learn too, just don't tell anybody :)

Thanks JT! First time I have ever "homaged". :-)

Took longer than 9 minutes in PoserPro2010.

Happy boobday, JT!

Thank you so much for the recipe. I spent ages searching for that look, I was so certain that I had seen it somewhere. I found Amelia, but I wasn't at all sure about her, so I put her in my wishlist while I went on searching elsewhere.

That I kept looking for a secret ingredient is not, I assure you, any reflection on your skills, which I think are every bit as outstanding as your models. :O)

It's already Monday here, and too late to finish my first render with her, so it will have to be a belated boobday present to you when it's done.

And so to bed... nite nite!
Izi

PS: Eric... she's a cutie, especially with the boyish hair, which naturally does something for me! I also tried the Lana skin on Emma, but she didn't give me the same tingle.

Thanks IsaoShi

It is the only short hair that I have- I don't know what JT was using> I bought the ingredients- except the hair- which I cannot find-or would buy. Finding it on Renderosity is like finding a needle in a "hair Stack!" 804 V4 hair hits in Marketplace. Yikes!

Here is the suggested character morph and eyes-in PoserPro2010 BB Envirosphere, IDL, Ray Trace, Poser fake SSS, and the usual default 3 lights set to 30% (white) Raytraced Shadows.

The hair used by JT comes in the Angel package. See attached link.

 Hi and thanks!

SSAfam1

I bought Angel 4 not the package- (although I would have if I had seen it first). The angel Hair I have does look like that-but does not render properly in PoserPro2010. At least with IDL. I am going to post an image and general question about that in the forum

jt411 posted Tue, 13 April 2010 at 4:29 AM

Yup, it's the hair prop that comes with Assassin Angel. In the pic at the top of this thread, I used Bijou Hair from DAZ which I think came with a character.
