Good news!
Clause 43 of the digital economy bill was removed before it passed... which basically means UK photographers still get to retain copyright over their images by default. Quite a complex issue actually, further information and the good news can be found at www.stop43.org.uk/
Just thought I'd update anyone who hadn't heard, and also show that sometimes campaigning really does work!
