PP2010 installed without incident on my intel iMac running 10.5

I have a new Mac Pro running 10.6 and PP2010 will not finish the content installation. It stops on problematic files like leg wraps. I rebooted and tried again. Then downloaded the content installer again. This time it passed that file but stopped at another file and still won't install. I went to SM forums and searched but found nothing relative. Can someone please tell me what to do next?

The way you phrased that, you'll probably get a bunch of wonks telling you to buy a PC. grin

Sorry I have no actual useful information.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

we're assuming that, before subm. bug rept.:

p.s.: thx to crossover, many of 'em are now intel apps rather than win. apps.  get the func.
of intel w/o approx. 1.2 million win. viruses, rootkits, trojans, worms, spyware, malware etc.

I don't have a mac but when that sort of thing happens on a pc it's usually caused by a damaged file & I would suggest downloading again, as you've already done that once & got the same result it's probably not that.

ps I'm not about to tell you to go out & buy a pc, they're just as much trouble. :tt2: @BB

Well SM couldn't help me so I installed a new 10krpm drive and a new 10.6.2 and PP2010 installed. So I really don't know what the problem was but it's OK now. My new Mac Pro is not connected to the net yet so I haven't upgraded to 10.6.3 yet - just getting everything set up.

What I did find out was that the Mac Pro will not let you install any version of 10.5! If you really want it you have to beg support to send you a special version of 10.5.8 and they will charge you $35 US.
