I'm considering buying a new 'pooter.  Boxx offers some models well suited for 3D, but it's a lot of money to send to a company with whom I have not previously dealt.  So, I'm asking for customer experiences in the sense of did they deliver what they promised when it was promised?  Did you have problems regarding payment method or delivery delays?
     Did the machine run, out of the box?  (my Dell XPS M1730 laptop's Blu-ray did not work until I found/installed the correct drivers myself!)
     Do they load spamware (you know, those "free trial" apps with nagging popups) on customers' machines?
