Subject: Wet skin with VSS?

I've only just started using VSS and I love it but it looks so damned complex and intimidating. I know there's a huge amount of info already posted around here on using it and I've started working through some of the threads but thats the problem. Over 80 pages in the Skin Test thread alone. Heaps of info but not much luck with keyword searches so I'm hoping somebody can point me where I need to look.
I'm sure it can be used for a wet skin effect. I'm looking for that dripping, just out of the shower look. I tried applying the Skinvue wet shaders after VSS and that doesn't work so I'm hoping somebody can direct me to whichever thread I need to be looking at to learn how to do this directly with VSS.
Or maybe if someone can post a general description of how to soak a Vicky here?
Thanks in advance.

Set PM:Shine to a number from 1 to 2. The bigger, the wetter.

You won't get actual drops, though. That requires some serious shader work that is nearly impossible with Poser as it is now. I've tried for a long time.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

Assuming your thread paging is the same as mine, you want page 47 of the VSS thread.

Ah, that's a pity. Thanks for the quick reply BB. I guess I'll have to do without VSS for the scene I've got in mind. Or throw some towels in. :)

Oops. Cross post but yeah that looks close to what I need. No drops as you said but he looks wet enough for what I want. Thanks again.
