Is it posibble to import mtl-files into poser or hexagon ?

possible, but unnecessary (in the case of Poser). As for Hexagon, I dunno...but they have a forum here.
Usually they're made when you create an .obj file...I think you'd want the .obj file with it, in the case of Hexagon (or it likely wouldn't have a usable reference).

I have a object in obj-format. If i import it, it's untextured. This informations are saved in the mtl-file.

I can import obj files containing a reference to an mtl file, and the textures import correctly. It should work as long as all the references are correct.

Does the obj file contain the mtllib reference?
Is the referenced mtl file in the expected location?
Are the referenced texture maps in the correct location?

the texture maps need to be in the same folder as the obj and mtl file.
There is a very limited range of parameters that the mtl file will handle.

diffuse, specular, bump, transparency and I think reflection .

A sub-folder also works fine for me. The texture map references in the mtl file must of course include the sub-folder name.
