I've once managed to make pretty believable water with dynamic hair - pouring out of a shower and with a "water-y" material applied. There's an example of it here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewImage=46806
Of course if you want to put someone under the water spray it might not work.. and then again.. with the proper hair groups and various lengths...

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.

There are paid items that should save you time
E.g. -> http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?vendor=171404
and -> http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/the-spray-tool?item=8597&_m=d
There may also be a free item or two along the same lines.
