You are definitely getting better with this.  Beautiful renders.  But, are they using halogen lights in those lamps these days?  A bit overpowering.  Great job!

This is a scene from the actual movie, as you can see, the lamps appear to be quite bright.  Since by default I'm aiming more for an impressionistic approach rather than a realistic one, I don't mind exaggerating a bit for the sake of drama.  The story itself is what's important. And then again, maybe that's just an excuse for doing a lousy job with the lights. dph
