Hey guys, can someone tell me WHY this is happening? I loaded Sharkey's Cassandra figure into poser, exported the figure as an obj file, loaded the obj file into Lightwave 6.5 and set up radiosity. But when I render it, it shows up with all these 'holes' in it...I examined the mesh in Lightwave and didn't notice any polygons with flipped normals so, what else could be the cause? Any and all help in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Does that happen with any other figure?

Hm, maybe a problem with the UV maps? regards Thomas

try loading the obj file into Steve Cox's UVMapper, then press the "Insert" key.. This will check for degenerate faces which is what this looks like. I had the same problem when I imported a figure to Max and UVMapper fixed it right up for me :)

Turn off Ray trace shadow in render option and use spotlight shadow map BoF
