Hi, I took a survey about two weeks ago and it said that I would get a $10 gift certificate. I see in my account under gifts two certificates, but when I click on them it wants me to pay $5 for each. Am I doing it wrong?
Thanks,
Manon

You should have received an email letting you know that you have received a Gift Certificate. You can click on the link and it will take you to gift certificate page. OR You can go to your Account Page under the Gift Certs link and see your gift certificate code.
To use a Gift Certificate copy and paste the Gift Certificate code in the Gift Certificate field of the checkout page and hit the Apply button. If your purchase amount exceeds the Gift Certificate amount you can pay the remaining balance with any of our supported payment methods. (Credit Card, Paypal, Check or Money Order) .
Thank you

I never received an email with codes and there are no gift certificates in my account. I did do the survey and it did say I would receive the gift certificate.

xManonDumayx,
I thought you did have codes because you mentioned going to your my account page and I just assumed you clicked on the actual gift certificate title from there rather than getting the code.
What was the survey about? I'm not aware of any survey put out in the last few weeks and you said it was about 2 weeks ago?

It was about this site and the marketplace. Guess I should have saved that email and made screen shots of the survey.
What I saw in my account was under gifts and not gift certificates.

Was it a $5.00 gift certificate? We did have a survey quite a number of months ago that went out but other than that, no recent surveys like this at all?

No, it was for $10 and I just realized it wasn't Renderosity, but Content Paradise. That would explain why it wasn't showing up here.
I'm old and my mind isn't working like it used to.
Sorry I wasted your time, now I need to go over to CP and see if it's there.
Thank you for helping me. :)

Just a heads up, the content paradise certificate for the survey isn't set to appear until June, as per the email newsletter.
