RIGHT! Now I know someone out there has a lead on a Nascar Model for DAZ or Poser. I've extensively searched ... Vanishing Point, Turbo Squid etc, etc, Any suggestions from anyone would be most helpful. I was surprised there were no models available here. THANKS!

Well, due to © issues I doubt you will find an "official" NASCAR with "official" branding, but good luck.

Couldn't use use a model that look right and then add the text on the car in post work?

Exactly I would welcome a basic Impala yet the cage and air dams would still be an issue as for textures ,,,No problem, I'll "post" those myself. I found one Nascar in 3D max however as we all know, DAZ will not open those files. I'm not after offical markings as the builds are for custom shells for a friends company. Thanks much for the suggestions. I suppose I'll have him shell out the $175.00 on TurboSquid. LOL

LOL Neither am I ... So I'm not paying for it. I'm a Hypnotherapist and have no time for car racing.

Cool, in that case you can give your friend an old VW and make them "think" it is what they wanted and they love it !!! :lol:

Forgot to tell you that you will need to download the Google SketchUp to work on the model that does not have a Collada format. DAZ Studio can import Collada format.
And these are all FREE models. Of course, it may not meet your required "quality" but you should be able to "enhance" it by making the parts yourself or downloading them.
