Hello,  I used to do some art work for fun here and there using poser and bryce with photoshop for final touch ups.  Really just an amateur.  I have not touched anything for almost 3 years now.  But now that I have a bit more free time and a decent computer I have decided that I want to start dabbling in art work again.  So in my browsing I have noticed that there are a lot of new programs out and I am curious to say the least but a bit overwhelmed.  Are there any free programs out there that are new user friendly that would be worth checking out?  I am primarily looking for things that I can use to develope character pictures and scenery, possibly some movie clips.
