Had some questions recently about my flash/lighting set up on my macros. Figured I would post my home made mess on here to help explain it to those interested.

Using a 4x6 glossy photo paper over the top of the Gary Fong Difusser. Then simple printer paper around the end of the lens taped to the bottom to force the flash in a more even distribution.
