Well,

I downloaded Antonia and the basic textures. I made a separate runtime folder for Antonia. I loaded Antonia and aplied the basic texture. Poser 8 asked me where the textures where, i annulated the request and then Poser asks "keep searching for missing textures" i answered No. Of course i had no textures as i expected!

The problem was a flaw in the runtime i put the texturesfolder in the library instead of in the runtime folder. I solved that, and tried over and over again (closing poser, deleting Antonia,......) to apply the texture but no result!

There are 4 Antonia figures, i used the 124a Antonia. So i decided to load the 124 Antonia and the textures loaded perfectly!!

It is as if Poser  8 remembers my first instructions with the 124a Antonia "not searching for textures".

Can i reset this?

The messages are deceptive. Poser searches regardless, it just stops telling you about it.

What is the difference between 124a and 124 Antonia.  The material zones would need to exist and a mat pose might be specifying a figure name that doesnt match.

If you change a runtime while Poser is running its a good idea to shutdown and restart Poser.
