Hello,
Poser Version: 7
I had only a very little experience with Poser some years ago. I have a question:
I selected the figure to display Silhouette. However when I tried to render the figure, the clothes and skin color will also be rendered out. How can I render a Silhouette figure.
P.S. I know I can use the "export image" to get the Silhouette output. But I wish to know how to render the Silhouette output.
Thanks and best regards
Alex Nice to meet all of you!

Hello,
Wow.... this is exactly what I wish to do. Could you please advise the render procedures?
Thanks and best regards

Or you can put a white background, and delete all lights in the scene, them render your figure.

You can also turn off camera name on the preview display and then just run anti-alias on the preview if in your Poser version this is still an option in the main GUI render menu.

I had a similar question a week or two ago, but mine was a silhouette with depth shading. I went to Poser 8 from version 6, so I don't know if 7 has this but, select the render preview option from the tab at the top of the preview window. Look hborre's second reply to me on this thread http://market.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2805770 hope this helps.

The only problem with deleting all lights is that someone may want a scene with shadows like in my last example image.

Hi all,
Thanks for your kind assistance! This forum is really helpful!
I have another question.
I wish to have a white Silhouette figure with outer black lining around. How can I set this in the render output?
Best regards

Use a white diffuse and turn the ambient value to 1.0 and make the ambient color white... turn off shadows on your lights and place a black background!
