That's going to be hard to do..... the Rendo license (and about any license for poser content anywhere) doesn't allow reselling items bought.

Generally, it isn't legal to resell Poser content. Most EULA's forbid it.

Okay, I understand that EULA-thing.

But there's a small expection. If I have bought these files on a burned CD from Rendorosity I can sell this CD like any other CD, that I have legally bought somewhere.  It is the same as you resell an used original Music CD, an used Computergame  or your used original Poser DVD.

So if anyone has this on a burned original CD  you can PM me :).

No, the items on the CD would still be under the same restriction.... they cannot be distributed or sold. Music, DVD's & games have different licenses then products here.

Even if you buy items on a burned CD, the same Rendo license applies:

Quote - Purchase of the Product from Renderosity grants the Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the contents of the encapsulating zip file. The Buyer may use the Product commercially in the form of rendered images but may not distribute the Product or any of the Product’s files. The Artist (Author) retains all copyrights to the files. The Buyer shall not copy, modify, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the Product, or sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the Product to any third party.

It's the same for downloaded content or burned CD's with content. Burned CD's is an extra service offered by Rendo, it doesn't change the rules.

Anything purchased here at Rendo (and about any other place in the poserverse) is bound by this license and cannot be transferred or sold it to anyone else.

Perhaps Renapd could create a CD bundle of their content and sell it in the marketplace?

There's a ton of old old content I wish I could buy that's no longer available.

It could be because of Rendo's policy. If a product doesn't sell for a number of days, I think it's 60, it's moved into clearance for a certain amount of time. After that it will be removed from the website, to make room for new stuff. That could be the case, but perhaps the vendors removed it.
