hi, a friend of mine needs the lib file for Aiko4, to use in InjectionPose builder.
where would they likely be able to find it, please?

the files are needed to use in Injection Pose builder. they are link library files with the suffix .lib

I followed the link. It's about the DAZ Injection Builder (IPB) for references to the 'Link Library'. More about the Injection Pose Builder here http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=97405
I don't think you can get Aiko 4 *.lib files. You need Victoria4, load the figure inject Aiko 4 morphs save that as a *.cr and this *.cr has to be opened and worked about in the IPB to inject there your morphs for Aiko4 you make with IPB. Just a guess.

And the files are named *.ill (for injection link library), 'libs' is only the name of the folder.
