hallo
Poser Audio import is wav.
Is wav not = wav.
how is the right wav??

In Windows Vista and Windows 7,  Poser sometimes doesn't recognize WAV files.

There are different subtypes of WAVs.  Try to load and re-save the WAV
in a WAV editor program.  (Like the SoundRec built into Windows.)  The result
may be a more "standard" WAV.

Also, some people have found that plugging a microphone into the microphone
jack on the computer will make Poser accept a WAV.

This doesn't make any sense, but it works sometimes.

Did you try plugging in a microphone before starting Poser?  This is usually the solution.
(Ich sage wieder, es macht kein Sinn, aber es functioniert!)

no i have.
ok i do it.

But how can i play audio from  cd in poser?

I use audacity to convert audio files to use in Poser. It's free and pretty easy to use. If you want to use music from a CD, you'd need some sort of program that takes music from a CD and turns it into a file that can be read by your computer.

On some computers, there is a bug that they never bothered to fix. I have a three computers I use and one does not recognize any wav files in poser and these are wav files I know work since they work on another computer. Have you tried Okham's suggestion of putting a mic in the mic jack? I've heard from multiple people that this fixes the bug but have never tried it. If you don't have a mic you can actually use headphones and plug them into the mic jack. If nothing else, I'd be willing to try your wav file to see if it is a problem with the wav or if you're getting the bug.
