Can you delete an image you posted the same day you post it, and then upload another that day (this is with a basic account).

No, the reason is the system will only see you have uploaded the max for the day even if you delete it. :)

But you can edit a given image, change the text and image, so you don't actually have to delete it - not absolutely sure whether you can change the title but you can change everything else.

I think you can change all but the name of the file that you uploaded.
