Was watching a tutorial video that was showing this but the tut didn't have sound. Assume that it is being done while holding down a hot key.

Was wondering if Airflames or anyone else might know how to do this. =)

selected>join vetices (I have this on the space bar) - joins two or more verts at the mean distance between them.
If you need them at a precise coords then selected>align verttices
or
object>join closed vertices - and set a distance tolerance

I have all these on a keyboard shortcut due to their usage

File>configuration>keyboard and you can set keys for any function and sub function. (I think this is available in the freeware?)

Thanks man. I was hoping there would a selection to set it to auto join like in Softimage but if the spacebar isn't already used for something that's probably the best place to assign it.
