I vote for stairs. I'm curious about them. I can see how they are made from 6 poly boxes, but the method explained to make them interests me. I'm curious about getting the rise/run set up correctly but I will defer to the Lady if she prefers otherwise. Except for the floor plan I would imagine adding the second floor is the same as doing the first minus the framing foundation. After all the ceiling is just the bottom of our floor assembly prop.

Why use the 6 poly box? Pretty simple. Poser's box is 8X8 polys per side X6 sides per box X14 boxes per stair = pdg stair-ing at his old computer crunch numbers for a half a pot of coffee vs 6 polys per box X 14 boxes = pdg barely having time to light a smoke to go with the cold cup of coffee on the desk beside him. lol

Maybe it's a problem with it's "normals." ....................... Maybe, just maybe. ...
And ............................................... Here's how to fix it.
~ Import Options ~
To "center" or not to "center" .......... That is the question ...
If we check the "Centered" option when we Import the FloorPlug, it will be centered which will make it located 2 feet (24") out of position. Easy to fix ... just change xTran to 0.240 (24") to move
it 2' to the right ... OR ... just UNcheck "Centered" when you Import and it should come back into Poser in exactly the correct location. ... Your choice.

Looking good Doc.
Coyotes, not many of them here in England we do have a lot of cats though :)
Roofs I always find them tricky make them look good, without going overboard on polys, so I'm looking forward to your take on them.
(The Henley House, nice coincidence Doc, I bought that just yesterday!)
P.S. the steps textures, they yours, ConWall_01.jpg and cinderblock.jpg
