Hi!
I wish that when forum moderators encounter offending posts, they wouldnt remove the post itself.
Leave the post but change the text content to something that says for example "post removed by administrator because of spam"
As it is today when a post dissapear, people gets confused and sometimes offended because they think that the post after the removed post (who may be directed to the offending post) is aimed at them.

Posts are removed only when there is a need to remove them. If there is nothing constructive in the post, then the whole thing will be removed. If there is value in the post and only a portion needs to be removed, then that happens, leaving the rest of the post intact.

Yes, but this will still cause confusion, better to replace all the non constructive text but keep the post so that people will understand that something was removed.

I understand what you mean now, but that's only if an entire post is removed...it seems like a 'gap' in the thread so to speak.. correct?
I'll see what can be done about that..maybe we can get a 'post removed by staff' type filler for missing posts in threads for you all.
Thanks for the suggestion :)
