I want to download a product I have in the store, but cannot figure out how to do it.

In VCR go to product list
in product list click edit..
at the end of the whole store there is a edit product files link ...
and there you can click to down load the zip file...

Im sorry ..the route i wrote is for Vendors ... how and why for you must be awnsered by a Staff member i gues..
