Hi .. I just logged into ShareCG.com today and noticed that they're now offering to share revenue for my uploads :)

Sounds like a good deal to me.  Anyone have an experience with this program?  I signed up, and we'll see how it goes.

Thanks

they tried this before.  warez d00dz screwed things up for them IIRC.  then they discontinued it.

Thanks for the heads-up!

As I recall, the problem wasn't so much the warezzers, it was uploaders trying to
maximize views by placing a large number of trivial variations on the same item.

Always amazes me how much hard work folks will put into running scams instead of spending that energy to make something new. :)

I made about 26 cents before they killed the program. :)

How many page views do you need to receive $25 ?

I also recall the situ ockham desscribed, in particular those images with one object on it. They'd call it a background. upload it there and also to rendo freestuff. Where it wasn't unsuual to see 6 or 7 of these on the freestuff pages.

Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.

That site relies on your posting links to your freebies anywhere and everywhere you can in order to drive up the site traffic and page views so you earn money. I don't see how they could possibly have fixed the problem that caused with junk uploads considering they couldn't even be bothered to monitor their own forums, let alone their uploads.
