I ve been searching for a 3d vehicle and then i found the dmi3d.com which offers hundreds of high designed 3d vehicles.Now i m searching for 3d buildings and i wonder if there is a site similar to dmi3d   with high designed buildings.

Depends on the kind of building you're after.  DAZ has the complete Dystopia series, which includes a couple of free packs.  They are designed to make a complete city.  

Other than that, there are the odd one or two free buildings kicking around.  I don't have any links, unfortunately.

If you're prepared to fork over cash, Stonemason has a lot of really first rate stuff at DAZ, while DreamlandModels in the Marketplace here have some superb looking building sets.

depending on what you are after turbosquid or sharecg have some buildings.

If you don't mind converting them and if you can accept the textures or make your own, Google 3D Warehouse has just about any building you can think of. Detail varies greatly - some are just shapes with photo textures applied but some are quite detailed, even including interiors.  Some of them were modeled by professional architects. Unrendered view of one of their houses.
