Hey folks.
I just recently got Carrara 7 Pro from the 3D World magazine DVD. So far, I am liking it a lot.
I do have a question though, and keep in mind, I don't know a whole lot about Carrara yet but am learning.
I created a face I like in Facegen 3 and exported it along with all the morphs to OBJ files. I come into Carrara and import the first OBJ file without any of the morphs. Does Carrara support importing the other morph OBJ's and assign them to a morph? I was reading the documentation and it looked like you can but it looked like it applied to figures.
From the manual:
Importing Figure Morphs
When you save morphed OBJ files you can later reimport the morphed file as a morph target when you use the same figure again. For example, if you create and save a morph for Victoria 4.1, you can import the morph target the next time you add Victoria 4.1 to a scene.
If this isn't possible natively, is there a plug-in that does this?
I would hate to have to recreate all the morphs that already exist.
Thanks...
Al
