Going through Paypal  payment,  their system wouldn't accept my password till I changed it, by which time my order was  listed as unpaid in my order list.  Following the FAQ here I sent an email to Renderosity with the payment details from Paypal.  However it has not been acknowledged yet by Renderosity, almost 20 hours later now, and the item is  still listed as unpaid.

Your assistance would be appreciated with the mail to Renderosity duplicated below.
