Subject: Refund, please

I was not aware that the Gallery Plus sub was going to take some time to get posted. So I ended up ordering it twice And since I can't get anything uploaded for promos (which is the ONLY reason I ordered it) please just cancel both orders.

Thank you. And it would REALLY be nice if you would consider letting merchants post more than once a day for promos. It's your money, too. :-|

Hi Laura,

I'll have to check on this when the office reopens on Monday since it's dealing with subscription services.  We'll get it all cleared up, but it may not be until Monday when the office reopens.

Hi gypsyangel,

I have issued you refunds on both orders as per your request.  The gallery plus subscriptions normally take 24 hours to process due to them being a reoccurring monthly charge they have to be put into our billing system.  There was a delay in processing orders that came through on the 14th and 15th due to our annual admin meetings that were all day both of those days then the weekend being right behind that.  We have to be physically in the office in order to process subscriptions due to the billing system input.

Ahhh...I see. OK---well, then I guess I'll order it again now that I know what the hold up was. I need it to promote my products that are going into the marketplace over the next few months.
