Hi,
after finishing the order (111842175), I find nothing more than the line
"Trick-or-Treat Grab Bag"
in "My account". Nothing to download there.
Have I done something wrong in the checkout process?

Hi,
I also had it 3 times (orders # 111842230, 111842263 and 111842272), they appear in the item list as void packages from Dotthy :
Dotthy 1 $0.00 111842230 10/29/10 N/A 12/31/69
Dotthy 1 $0.00 111842263 10/29/10 N/A 12/31/69
Dotthy 1 $0.00 111842272 10/29/10 N/A 12/31/69 So this is the fabled trick, either on us or on the Renderosity store team; in the latter case it is generally known under the vocable "bug" :)

I did click on the link, but I was in a hurry and did not notice whether or not there were any changes to my order. Apparantly, there wasn't. So I lose out due to an unrecorded click.

Hello,
You can place another order to receive a treat as we cannot go and add treats after the order has already been made.
Please just be sure the item is added to your cart at time of checkout so you receive your product.
