Subject: Grab Bag Mistake

I made a mistake in adding an item to my cart as part of the Halloween Grab Bag Promotion. Is it possible to remove the item from my account & credit my card . . . I have not downloaded that particular item . . .

The item is a part of Order # 111843507 - Aircraft 737 (for Poser) . . .

I misunderstood the instructions on the Promo page . . . I thought I had to choose an item & then put it directly into my cart at the time of purchase . . .

To which I responded that that was exactly how it happened . . .

 

That was last e-mail that I received . . .
