If air can get inside the suit it's not heat proof.

or sealed either. Is very nice but maybe you call it "heat reflective" instead.
I see similar (without flame thrower) in people who works hot place at Mittal Steel mill.
Those ones are not quite so tailored though, because must fit wide range of sizes with out so much adjustment.
