Well it would have been nice to have had an expiration date on it other than "limited time" then I wouldn't have wasted time posting.
Well isn't this just special. I was going to highlight/copy/paste the message here but the bright spark in the back office who sent it thought it was really funny to write all that important text in BLACK on a black background. So when I highlighted it, guess what, all that expire info was there. This is Nov not April.
So I guess I keep my money this time round.

was all gung-ho to use it then I saw it expired over 24 hrs ago =(
uncool...
./sighs
*edit : the coupon I got was the "last call" but today none the less that expired yesterday

I also received the "last call" email at 11:54 pm on 11/12/2010. There would have been all of 5 minutes to put something in my cart and make the order as the coupon expired at 11:59 pm that same day. I have put items in my cart, but will wait to see if we can get an extension on this coupon, given the very short notice on the email.
Thanks!!
Lee

Hello,
We send all newsletter emails out at the same time and where you are located shouldn't cause your email to get to you any later. This coupon was valid for three days, this last email was just a reminder about the last day to get in on the savings. You should have received the first coupon email that was sent out on Wednesday.
Hope this helps explain.

Hello,
Can you please tell me what mail client you use? This is the first time we have heard of this. We would like to review it in the same mail client you use as it is our practice to always try and be as clear as possible on the dates the coupon is valid.

The "black on black" you're getting is due to whatever you're reading the email in not honouring all the style information (in this case white for the text colour).
The simplest thing to do is to use the "This message contains images. If you are having trouble reading it, you can read it here." link at the very top of the message to open it in a browser.

I use Googles mail. I've never had problems with coupons in the past except this new one and the one prior. Probably because I've been online got the email and used the coupon the day I got it in the mail. I've just tried going back further into my mail to try and see if I could give you a date on when this started, but it looks like it's on just about all the messages that come over with the black background. Whether it's a coupon, sales flyer etc. The content looks like it all fits, until you highlight a black spot and there is writing. I really haven't noticed it before until this last coupon. I didn't check my mail for a few days and when I saw that coupon I kept looking at it for a date on when it expired, hence my first post. Then I highlighted it to be curious and there is all the fine print so to speak. So that prompted my 2nd post. When I got the latest coupon, I highlighted it again and posted it in the image. I know I've seen expiration dates on the coupons from here.
Edit: Just wondering why only parts of the white type is blocked and not all of it if I were having issues on my end. I only get "if you are having issues.." link. But if the message looks fine, I wouldn't use that link. I guess I'll have to highlight the messages from now for stuff. I got the Display all images for this email if I was getting it for the first time. I selected display all the time from Renderosity when I started using gmail about 3 years ago so it doesn't give me that option anymore.
