Import the OBJ file.
Got to the cloth room.
"Clothify"
Run simulation.
That's pretty much it, any imported OBJ file or Poser prop can be used in the Poser cloth room.
Here are a couple of tutorials outlining the steps in more detail.

Hope that helps.

Does DAZ|Studio dynamic clothing actually come in any format your can export? I thought it was in that OptiTex proprietary crap. I know you can't go the other way (take an OBJ into DAZ|Studio) because their dynamics engine is proprietary.

Some of the members of my forum have successfully used DS dynamic clothing in Poser and i think they've written down how they did it in small tutorials, i'll have to check later, i only own the place, i forget whats posted there lol..

Now, if one could only figure out a way to convert DAZ dynamic hair for Poser. The DAZ hair looks way better than things made in Posers' Hair Room.
