Does Carrara Do wireframe rendering?

MacBook Pro OSX El Capitan Ver 10.11.6

If you mean rendering of the wire mesh that makes up the object, yes, there is a mode to do that.

There is a setting in the render room to make it work.

Also, Digital Carvers Guild has a wireframe pro renderer which is pretty spiff.
