Whenever I load a figure, I get the message can't find "null" would you like to search for it?  I always say no and my figure comes up just fine.

What in the world is "null" and can I instruct Poser to just ignore it?  Jan

All figures or just the DAZ figures that use the file "null.obj" as the magnet, magnet base and magnet zone geometry?

null.obj is just a blank, empty file, it provides a means whereby Poser can load the magnet, have it fully functioning, but not have it displayed in the scene.

Thanks for your reply Phil,  just the DAZ figures and the figures aren't affected by not having that blank empty file-fully functioning magnets can be loaded anyway.  Jan

A quick work around would be to open Notepad, do not type anything, just File > Save As "null.obj" to Poser *RuntimeGeometries

But as you say, if you just cancel out the Poser query window the figure will load and work correctly none the less.

I found null.objs all over my runtimes when I searched. I think the DAZ one contains the single line:

g null
