Kristi,
You successfully canceled my order, but now my shopping cart remains empty when I try to add new products to it. When I try to re-add the same product, I get a message saying that the product is already in the cart, but when I open the cart, it's empty. Can you help?

Okay, I find that when I proceed to CHECKOUT STEP 2 of 4 (cart items & shipping options), the cart items suddenly appear. I guess I can take it from there.

It's all working now. Suppose it was a glitch.
