On the main menu bar, Render tab, set Render Dimensions to the same size as your chosen video dimensions. Then in the Window tab, set window dimensions the same size if it will fit your screen or choose Production Aspect, then your workspace image will have darker views of what is outside the camera view.

The aspect ratio (height:width) looks about the same. The change seems to be that the camera has been pulled back. Check to see if there is a keyframe for the Ztrans value of that camera, or if the focal length has been changed.
