The bones I knew about since I saw a science special where the 3D printer was used in reconstructing someone’s face surgically. That lamp is pretty cool.

I got a 3D printer, but haven't printed anything yet with it. Hopefully this Christmas season I'll have some time to load the software. It's one of those kit ones you build yourself, a Makerbot (http://www.makerbot.com/).
