Hello,

I'm sorry but the system only allows 1 gift certificate to be applied to an order at a time.

Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!

I'm sorry as our system has always been set up this way.

I am sending you a site mail.

Warmest Regards,

I assume the same applies to coupons - only one per order?

Since GCs and coupons are separate I guess you can use one coupon + one GC on an order?

Hello vagabondfantasist,

You are correct : )

Hi Kristi,

My original question was already answered from the original post, but I’d like to ask a followup question if I may.

If I need to apply two gift certs to an order, can I use one, then use Paypal’s “Send Money” and short pay on Paypal by the value of the second certificate, emailing with the Paypal receipt (as I would do if the Paypal site had been down), and including a note to use the G.C. to cover the balance?

Cheers.

No that would be using two gift certificates on one order and we can't do that.

Thank you

People have combined 2 GCs before, why not now, has something changed? The only time I have seen it refused was render rewards & GC, because of the time limit on the render rewards.

  1. Then how do I purchase gift certificates in denominations greater than $100?

  2. Can I use a GC to purchase part of a larger GC in order to top up the value to a larger amount?

Aelfric, I am not seeing any gift certificates under this username. Did you use them already?

Please let me know by sending an email to store@renderosity.com rather than posting back to the forum.

Thank you and have a nice day!

I think Aelfric was asking general questions about the mechanics of buying and using Renderosity Gift Certificates, the answers to which would be useful to add to the FAQ.

You are correct, we are working on alot of different things and it takes some time so hopefully the FAQ will be updated soon :)

Thank you and have a nice day!
