IO4, Are there any specs concerning Imports and Postwork?

Oops, forgot to mention those:) Imports are allowed, postwork if necessary to complete the image e.g if someone wants to add rain or snow they could do that as postwork. and postwork such as adjusting basics of colour/ saturation/ contrast for example would be fine.
