Hello,
Can you tell me if I can delete or change my review on a product.
I made the mistake to criticize without attempting to contact the seller.
He contacted me and wants to help me, because it may be that it's me who does not understand the correct way to use his product.
I would like to leave a negative comment someone made the effort of a good after-sales service.
Who do I contact to change this comment?
