If you want to use the female android Andrea, please note that her chest is "nekkid" but that's ok 'cuz we already checked the "N" flag. Ok? ... Ok.

Not that I know of. The Morphing Tool acts like a magnet to deform polygons.

When "Accumulate" is checked, clicking and dragging across the surface multiple times will add to or accumulate the amount of deformation of the surface.
When "Accumulate" is UNchecked, the amount of deformation, i.e., "Magnitude", is a fixed amount and does NOT accumulate.

Select that group in the Morphing Tool and you will only affect the polygons in that group. Pretty cool, no ? :biggrin:

The***"secret"*** is to ... **set the "hither" parameter to 0.000
** and then we can zoom all the way in for an extreme close up.

oh, I really need to get to the Poser 7 tutorials, but it says registration is closed :( Any ideas when it will open again?
I just installed Poser 7 2 days ago and already screwed up my layout, lost my memory dots and the preview style tool bar :( tried resetting to default opening, that didn't help.

hi geep, I just went back in and set the "right" setting for default and everything came back, lol.
As for registering, it's at drgeep.com, I try clicking on the "There's a Poser 7" tab and the page just refreshes, lol.
So I thought I needed to register, I went to the East Lobby to register and it says..
"Registration will open...soon?" lol
I thought I'd registered once before, but apparently not, or I've totally forgotten what name & email addy I used, lol

I'm sorry but I must confess that my website has taken a backseat to
other RL activities and, alas, Poser U has taken a backseat to my website.
I have several tutorials done for Poser 7 but they never got posted for a variety of reasons. Maintaining and updating a website takes time and $ and I do not charge anything for my "stuff," so ...
I don't have a great deal of motivation ($) to do any updates. Maybe next year. :lol:
Right now, I'm just posting tutorials (WIP) here in the Poser Forum.
Just do a search for "geep" and you'll find 'em.

Next, "Zero" the "Custom Morp" and then ... make another morph ...
Then ... SAVE IT ... make as many morphs as you want.
Just remember to save 'em.

Has anyone encountered a 'lock out' of the morph tool? I made a custom character, both face and body which I saved seperately as Head and Body morphs. Now however, if I try to use the morph tool further on the face it has no effect. I was trying to smooth the transition between the neck and head under the chin, but the tool only affects the neck and not the head. I'm using PoserPro2010.

Make sure the Custom Morph dial is not set to 0 for the affected body parts.

Yeah, it does that some times. Sometimes you can switch to "relative to screen" and pull the mesh enough that it straightens up. Other times you just have to use "restore" and start over.

wahh, morphing tool won't work for me. the mesh jumps around.
i was trying to make a joint fix for A3's thighs.
I can't pull it into Wings to tweak, cuz i need to see the bend distortion and exporting for a morph target has to be in the zero position.
