maybe OP wants to know how to use a background img (downloaded from here) in poser, or how to map it onto the one-sided square prop. or maybe OP wants to know how to add img to forum post or to gallery here. recommend OP use his/her native language.

If you are asking how to install Poser content supplied in a zip archive then this free utility may help.
http://www.philc.net/unzip.php
Full instructions are on the page plus there is a link to an on screen video tutorial showing how to install it.
Hope that helps.
clsiu1984 posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 12:27 AM
I just check it out the one your site...still cant help it...not working...some of the application cant open it.
PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 12:43 AM
What file are you trying to open in which application?
Did you find the video tutorial explaining how to install the files helpful?
clsiu1984 posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 12:56 AM
Yes i find the video tutorial but its look complicate...the file i cant open which its pyc file..not sure if i dont have that file code..in unzip philc.
PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 1:13 AM
You do not need to open the PYC file.
If you have installed the files correctly in accordance with the instructions then you will also need to use the utility in accordance with the instructions.
Nowhere in the instructions does it say to File > Open the PYC file.

I choose number 2 method you offer me..when i open poser 8 then i go file run python script..then ask me the file..I dont know...I dont see any unzip there...I try to do it tomorrow.,,but little complicate.
PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 2:06 AM
If browsing for a file is too complicated then try the first method and use the Poser menu option.
If after restarting Poser you do not see the unzip starter entry in the Poser Scripts menu then it will be an indication that you have not installed the files correctly.
There are only four files so it should be easy to check.
unzip.pyc
unzip.xml
start_unzip.py
P7_start_unzip.py
Also please note that on a PC pretty much all zipped Poser content may be installed using the drag and drop method in Windows Explorer. This is explained in my video tutorial. On a Mac its more complicated, hence the unzip utility.

Provided that you have installed the files correctly you will be able to click on the Poser "Scripts" menu and subsequently select "PhilC" and "P7_start_unzip"
This will bring up the unzip window.
PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 10:44 AM
Suggest that you install to the default library at this stage.

When you click on the Poser Scripts menu do you see an entry named "PhilC"?
yes/no?
If yes, when you click on "PhilC" do you see an entry "P7_start_unzip"?
yes/no
If no then you have not installed the files correctly.
If yes, If you select the entry "P7_start_unzip" does a window pop up?

PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 12:09 PM
OK that would indicate that you have not installed the four files required to run the script files correctly.
My unzip utility was intended to be a time saver. Since that is not proving to be the case may I please suggest that you go back to the video on the unzip page because that in essence explains everything you need to know about how to install almost all zipped Poser content.
My zip file contained four files, many Poser content zips contain hundreds so it may be best to take some time reviewing the video.
http://www.philc.net/installing_zips_into_Poser.php
Or use WinZip or any other decompression application. You will however still need to install and use each one in accordance with the instructions.
Here are some more video tutorials that may help with basic file manipulation and how to use your computer.

Another option may be to click the Start button on your desktop and select the help option. Type "zip" into the help window search field and review the results.

Ok..I got it when i open poser 8...and i use philc unzip...when i go to poser menu..see script..i see philc then click that..then i see wardrope wizard...i dont see unzip start p7?
PhilC posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 3:28 PM
It is a little difficult to follow exactly what you are saying. Could you please post a screen shot similar to this one:-
It will tell me if the Wardrobe Wizard entry is under Scripts or if it is in the PhilC roll out. Or both.
Start by closing Poser then re-open it.
Use your mouse to click over the menus until they are expanded exactly as shown above.
Then hit the "Print Screen" key on your key pad. You'll usually find it on the very top row next to the F12 key. If it is not there on your laptop it will be close by, but it will be there somewhere. Ensure that the drop down menus are visible when you hit the key.
Now go to the Windows Start button, click it and select All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
When the Paint application opens select the menu Edit > Paste. Your screen shot will appear. Make sure that it includes the drop down menus. Now go to File > Save and save the image.
Post that image to this forum thread.
Thanks.

OP, from what I can see, to post a picture easily, you can use the attach a file feature:
The picture of the girl at the top was the attached file.
Another thing: not to remind you of your manners, OP, but a Thank You to Phil for his efforts would be appropriate. Me, I'd be sending him flowers right about now...

Quote - what program should i open when i download rendorosity picture..jpg..to poser 8?
clsiu1984 mentions "picture" and "jpg". So I assume clsiu1984 is trying to load a jpg picture into Poser.
If so, there are basically two ways to load a picture in Poser, as a Background Picture, or as a Texture Map.
A Background Picture is just a picture that sits at the back of a poser scene. It provides a backdrop for any figures or other 3D content you load into your Poser scene.
The other way to load a picture is as a Texture Map. A Texture Map is a picture that you apply to some 3D item in your Poser scene to change its appearance. You might apply it to a human figure to give the figure suntanned skin, or you might apply it to curtains to give them a pattern.
clsiu1984, it might help us to help you if you could tell us if you are:
"A" trying to load a Background Picture.
or
"B" trying to load a Texture Map.
Also did the file come in a zip, or did you download it as a jpg?
To help you we need to understand what you are trying to do, and what you have downloaded. That is not clear at the moment.

I have a complicate file..which i have no idea...I just follow philc unzip file...and just look the video..but i got some picture from here that site...from poser 8 content...i just click winzip..then its come up that picture..from that site.. I am trying to work that..still need to figure it out...and i think i accidently delete wizard rope menu..from phil c..and still need to copy the picture to u what i did..like you mention paint.
clsiu1984 posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 9:25 PM
I mean wardrobe wizard menu.
RobynsVeil posted Wed, 29 December 2010 at 9:40 PM
Let's dissect this:
Quote - I have a complicate file..which i have no idea...
Let's uncomplicate it. Does the file end in .zip? .jpg? what does it end in? Send us a picture.
Quote - I just follow philc unzip file...
What do you mean, you "followed a file"? Did you follow his instructions on how to unzip a file? Is this what you meant? Send us a picture.
Quote - and just look the video..but i got some picture from here that site...
You looked at a video. Whose video? PhilC's? And you "got a picture from here" - here, being Renderosity? - "that site..." which site? This site? Send a picture.
Quote - from poser 8 content...
Poser 8 content that came with Poser 8? Did you get this from Content Paradise, then? Send us a picture, PLEASE!
Quote - i just click winzip..then its come up that picture..from that site..
Content Paradise? You're extracting an image from the Poser 8 content file you got when you bought Poser 8?
Quote - I am trying to work that..still need to figure it out...and i think i accidently delete wizard rope menu..from phil c..and still need to copy the picture to u what i did..like you mention paint.
So, what I'm distilling from all this is that you downloaded and are attempting to make sense of the Poser 8 content that came with Poser 8 which you downloaded from Content Paradise. Does that sound right?
To create a screen capture picture in Windows, hold down the Shift key and press PrtSc (up the top row of keys). Then, in Paint or PSP or Photoshop or just about any image programme, create a blank file and click Paste from the edit menu. In the GIMP (which is free) you do a direct "Create from Clipboard". Save the image as a JPG type file, which you can then insert into your post in the method I described.

Oh, I'm so clueless as to what exactly it is you're trying to do.
I realize English is probably not your native language, and that seems to be the major stumbling block I think. If you speak German or French, I think there are forums here in those languages. You may have better luck articulating exactly what you're having trouble with :o).
You could also try posting your question in your native language...there's certain to be someone here that speaks it and can at least translate it for the rest of us so that we can help you better.
