Subject: A Freeze Payment Order

I'm trying to make a purchase but I'm unable to use my store credit. It says "A Freeze Payment Order is in Effect on Your Vendor In-Store Account. I don't know why

Please email payments@renderosity.com so the staff member that takes care of the vendor payments can with this.

Please keep in mind that this staff member is out for the holidays so they will not be able to respond until they get back next week.
