Hello, i seem to be getting nowhere in contacting outoftouch...the reason, i brought some products in the sale BOGO Free..three items, followed the instructions at their site and sent mails from here with my request for free items , both mails are recorded as being sent (29/30 th dec ) but i have not had them read or replyed to since then by the vendor.

Can you tell me if they are having problems ?...i would like to get my free stuff..soon..LOL

Any help on this would be appreciated

Most likely explanation (given the time of year) is that they're on holiday, so try to allow for that.
